Share with the patient

One link, sent from the practice. The patient opens the documents on the phone or on the computer, keeps them, and can ask about them.

How sharing works

  1. 01
    Choose what to share

A take-home, a plan, results explained, the medication list. Each document is shared on its own, only after signing.

  2. 02
    Send the link

By text message or email from the practice, or shown as a code at the front desk. The patient opens it on any device.

  3. 03
    The patient keeps it

Shared documents stay with the patient, in the app, under your name, with the date.

  4. 04
    You decide what stays shared

The list of what was shared with whom is in the chart. You can add and withdraw documents at any time.

What the patient sees

Only what you share: the documents, the physician's name, the date, and the possibility to ask about them. The chart itself stays in the practice. See The patient app.

Sharing with colleagues

A letter can be shared with a colleague the same way, as a link that opens the signed document and the documents it cites, without sending the chart.
