Before the visit
The chart, read and summarized before you open it, and the anamnesis answered before the patient sits down.
Years of a patient's history sit in the chart: letters, reports, imaging, laboratory values, notes, scanned faxes. Mosaic reads all of it, keeps every statement linked to the document it comes from, and puts the story on one page before the visit begins.
Where the reason for the visit is known, Mosaic prepares the questions to ask beforehand, so that the answers are already in the summary when you open it.
