The patient app

Everything from the visit, kept: the summary, the plan, the results explained, the medications, and an assistant that answers questions about what the physician shared.

The patient app is the other half of the workspace: what the physician shares there, the patient has here. Open both side by side to see a document travel from the visit to the phone.

The patient app on a phone: the start screen 'Hi Anna, how can we help you?' with the two cards Ask Mosaic and Ask Dr. Weber, and the timeline of the last three visits beneath.

The app runs in the browser today and comes to the App Store and Google Play. You can open the patient app with the documents shared in the sample case.

What the assistant answers, and what it leaves to you

The assistant explains what you shared: what a value means, why a medication was chosen, what a task is for. Questions about diagnosis and treatment it hands to you, with the patient's question and a proposed answer in your inbox, and a deadline the patient can see.

For practices

Patients are invited by their practice; there is no account to create. The practice sees which documents were shared with whom and which questions came back. See What the patient can enter.
