The drafts panel after a visit: nine document types as cards in three groups (patient, colleagues, practice), three of them already drafted with 'Draft' badges and a Sign button, the rest one click away.
Drafts until signed
Every document is a draft with your name on it only after you have signed it. Signing puts it into the chart, dated, and makes it shareable. See Share with the patient.
