Where the data is

Mosaic runs in data centers in the European Union. Charts are read and processed there, and nothing leaves the Union for processing. The practice's space is separate from every other practice's.

Who has access

The practice

Physicians and team members the practice names, each with their own login and role.

Patients

Only the documents their physician shared with them, under the physician's name.

Mosaic

Operates the service. Charts are not used to train models.

Read-only

Mosaic reads the chart and keeps its own reading of it. It writes into the practice software only what the physician has signed, and only where the practice has asked for it.

Consent

Ambient documentation records a visit only after the patient has agreed, once per visit, and the practice keeps the record of the consent. Recording is visible the whole time.

Deletion

A practice can delete its space, and every document in it, at any time. A patient can delete what was shared with her; the practice's chart is unaffected.

The physician decides

Mosaic prepares, explains and remembers. Diagnosis, treatment and every decision about a patient remain with the physician, and every document is a draft until she has signed it.
