This website stores no personal data beyond the email address a visitor enters for the newsletter or the waitlist, which is used for that purpose alone. The product itself is hosted and processed in the European Union. Access to a practice’s chart is read-only and belongs to the practice; patients see what their physician shares with them.

Mosaic supports clinical work
Mosaic prepares, explains and remembers. Diagnosis, treatment and every decision about a patient remain with the physician, and every document Mosaic drafts is a draft until the physician has signed it. Every statement in an answer carries its source, from the chart or from the literature, so that it can be checked.
Access is granted to verified physicians and their teams in the pilot. See registration.
