Patients and what Mosaic knows
Everything Mosaic knows is organized by patient: the chart it has read, the visits, the conversations and the documents you shared.
The list
Patients come from the practice software: the schedule of the day, the patient open on screen, the interface where there is one. You never type a patient twice. Each row says how much of the chart is read, when it was last read, how many visits and how many shared documents there are.
The patient list: two rows with charts read in full (Anna Keller, 47, 14 of 14 documents; Markus Vogel, 44, 6 of 6), beneath them three scheduled patients whose charts are not yet read, each with a button 'Read the chart'.

A patient who was never opened in the practice software while the client was running is on the list with 'not yet read'. Open the chart once, or let the client read the day's schedule in the morning, and the row changes to 'read'. Until then Mosaic answers nothing about her, and says why.
