Your own documents and protocols

Upload your own documents, from house standards and care pathways to recall rules, and answers cite them next to the guideline.

What you can upload

  • House standards and SOPs of your practice.
  • Local care pathways and recall rules.
  • Referral templates and your own questionnaires.
  • Patient information sheets you already use.

Documents are uploaded once for the practice and are available to everyone you name. They stay yours and are used for your practice's answers only.

How they are used in answers

When a question touches a topic your protocol covers, the answer cites the protocol with its own chip, next to the guideline and the literature. Where your protocol and the guideline differ, the answer says so and shows both. This is also how a search across the practice works: your own rules are checked against every chart, criterion by criterion.

Which of our patients meet a criterion in their record without the step that follows?

Answered on the chart of Anna Keller, 47

Four rules, run against the 143 charts this practice has connected. Thirty-one patients to review, each because the record already meets a criterion the guideline names, and the step that follows from it is not documented.

Every line names the criterion the record meets, not a diagnosis, and no model is guessing: the rules are the ones the guidelines state. The charts were read where they are, and nothing left the practice.

Who sees it

Your documents are visible to the people in your practice you grant access to. They are never shown to patients and never leave your practice's space.
