Find the right codes
From the signed note, Mosaic proposes the codes for the visit, EBM or GOÄ, with the passage that supports each one. You confirm.
How it works
Codes follow the documentation. When the note is signed, Mosaic lists the services it finds in it, each with the passage of the note that supports it and the code it maps to in the fee schedule your practice bills with. Codes the note supports but the practice usually forgets are marked.

A signed note on the left; on the right the proposed codes for the visit, four EBM positions each with the supporting sentence of the note, one marked 'often missed'.
You confirm
Nothing is billed by Mosaic. The list is a proposal; you accept, change or remove each item, and the result goes to your practice software the way the note does.
What it covers
- EBM for statutory health insurance, GOÄ for private and self-paid services.
- Time-based services, where the recorded duration of the visit supports them.
- Documentation requirements a code carries, checked against the note.
