How has her weight gone since September?
Answered on 16 September 2026
Down 3.4 kg over twelve weeks, from 85.8 to 82.4 kg, with all twelve weeks entered. The largest change in any single week was 0.7 kg, so this is a line and not a crash.
Two weeks went up, and both carry the reason she wrote at the time: a holiday week with four meals out, and a week with a cold and no movement. A number with its reason beside it is worth more at the visit than a number alone.
Two things follow. Her HbA1c was 5.9 % in May at 85.8 kg, and three and a half kilos is within the range where that value moves, so it is worth repeating. And weight loss of this size often takes a few mmHg with it, so measure before you change the ramipril again. Lab 08.05.2026 BP log 15.09.2026
