Diagnoses

Arterial hypertension since September 2023. Prediabetes, HbA1c 5.9 % in May 2026. Mild hepatic steatosis on ultrasound. Generalised anxiety since 2025.

Current therapy

Ramipril 5 mg in the morning, sertraline 50 mg. Simvastatin 20 mg stopped in March 2024 for muscle aches with a CK of 210 U/l; no lipid-lowering therapy since.

Values that matter

LDL 162 mg/dl, non-HDL 186 mg/dl, home blood pressure 136/86 mmHg, BMI 27.4, eGFR 92 ml/min. SCORE2 about 3 %.

Family history

Father: myocardial infarction at 58. Mother: type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
