- Hypertension not at target under ramipril 5 mg; primary prevention with high LDL and premature family history; prediabetes; mild steatosis.

- Atorvastatin 20 mg started, CK and ALT after six weeks; lipoprotein(a) once; ramipril to 10 mg; home blood pressure for four weeks; follow-up in three months.
